The technician that came even worked around our baby's nap schedule. Great guy. And we are very happy with the feel of our carpets after. We have seen other companies leave the carpet crusty. Our's feels great!!!
I have used zerorez for over 20 years and have always been extremely satisfied.
Jerod, my technician, is the reason I would recommend Zerorez to my friends. The experience was not fantastic. I had issues with a driver that said he was on his way. An hour and 15 minutes later he had not arrived. I called the office and spoke with Sydney who said he would look into and call me back. An hour I called the office again and talked to someone who still could not give me a straight answer. Ultimately, Jerod showed up just around 6 (my window was 3-6). He had been told he was there for an estimate, but I expected my carpets to be cleaned. Jerod could not have been more apologetic and professional. If I am happy with they way my carpets look in a few days, I will refer Zerorez because of Jerod.

Even put on invoice that the traffic patterns would NOT be clean unless I upgraded to "deep cleaning". They always cleaned up before and they did this time too! Not pleased with that portion of my cleaning experience

The agent was very helpful by keeping me advised of what he was doing. I will definitely recommend Zeroez to me friends.
My carpet as soon as it dried started to show all the stains immediately. A $99 carpet cleaning would have done that as well also the room that wasn't done was purposely cleaned about 2 feet in to show the difference and I believe it was done on purpose and last but not least the man who came here first quoted me $200 and the other man who did it said he didn't know what he was talking about and he was a bad quoter and I wound up having to pay $380 for the service a was quoted at $200.
