The only thing I was disappointed with was the tech was unable to get the cat urine out of my carpet in my closet. He did warn me ahead of time that it might not work. Otherwise everything else was great.
The technician arrived early in my appointment window and finished the job quickly. Their carpet cleaning service is better than most cleaning services. The technician removed stains that the last cleaners left behind (my carpet was last cleaned in Sept '13). Carpet dried faster. The last time I had my crapet cleaned, it took 2 days for the capet to fully dry. I will use Zerorez's services in the future.
I am very impressed with the staff of your organization. The quality of work is the best.

However, for our job, the technician was running a bit late (we'd been given window of 10AM to 1AM and it was past 2PM when he arrived) and also noted that for cleaning the middle of the walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and just the middle as we had items lined up on both sides of the closet that we'd already moved in and didn't want to move it out, and so therefore he charged us a 4th room cleaned at $29 per room. This didn't set well with us... it's a walk-in closet and not the size of a bedroom carpet at all, not even close. So that's dampened our enthusiasm on Zerorez. I was at work and my wife was there and paid the bill but she wasnt' very happy about him charging the walk-in closet as a full bedroom of carpet.
The serviceman came within the time that was allocated, however, when I scheduled I told the person on the other end of the line that I had to leave the house at 4:45 pm as I had a dinner to attend. The serviceman was not given this information and he arrived at 3:30. It would take him 1-1/2 Hrs for the job. I did leave the house at 5:05. Other than this, I was very happy with the carpet cleaning and I liked the serviceman--very kind, cooperative and business-like. I have recommend Zerorez to several people, including my sister.

Your technician was amazing but the carpets still had stains and the white carpet looks like nothing was ever done to it.. Also you need to invest in some good smelling sprays.. They sell them by the gallons here in town or even try Brady industries..
Boy the young man who cleaned our carpets this time did a much better job than the first one who came out. He went over all the high traffic areas several times to really clean them professionally. I'll work with you again in the future.
