Carpet smelled after cleaning. You came in to clean tile associate smelled it and came back and re-cleaned carpet. The next day it smelled like dirty water. Had to have someone else come in and clean carpet.
No harsh chemicals.
No soapy residue. Work was done quickly.
First off, I was sold on the fact that Zerorez does not use chemicals in their system. They left my carpets looking new, stains gone too!

Clean carpets, dries soft, fair pricing (except for stairs). Would be nice if you had separate pricing for just step part without riser.
It was disappointing that the price to treat for pet stains is pretty high! My costs went from three rooms at $95 to over $200. And where he treated some spots the carpet is crunchy now.
When things weren't right you came back till they were and that's awesome!

That you use a ph water to clean with no detergents. your tech's are always professional and provide great customer service. Our tech Luis did a great job.
I like the chemical free carpets, they always look wonderful when you leave. Although i seem to get a different quote every time i get them done... usually it's about $107 for all my rooms and i always tip $20 and this last time was $140 without the treatment so that's $160... don't know why but kinda irritating. I didn't want to argue with the guy but seeing as i get my carpets cleaned so often i would like to have some consistency with the price. I have and will continue to refer you to everyone cuz i'm always happy with the results though!

The 2 techs were so kind and did their work so well i was so impressed. They didn't walk on my wet carpet with dirty shoes like all others do. Answered all my questions and was glad to do so. My carpet looks wonderful I am so happy with your service.

Andrew, the technician, was very professional and explained all of the aspects of the requested services, as well as, other services we plan on obtaining. We believe that with his quality of service... we will have at least a yearly request for our rooms (carpet) and tile.
