Employees explain process, on time and do an excellent job.
Stains not removed in multiple places. I'm Disappointed and already have an appointment for a rerun to have it fixed.

Everything was great, but the most important was the amazing customer service! Todd, the Zerorez technician that came out, was incredibly knowledgeable as well as positive and friendly. He clearly loves what he does and it shows in the quality of the work. On top of this, I was his first customer of the day at 4pm due to flaky customers and he was still very professional with a smile on his face! I'd like to acknowledge Todd for a job marvelously done and recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs. Thanks Todd and Zerorez!

You need to improve your customer service. Many times I called and it just went to dial tone. I informed Andrew and he talked to Manager or owner. This happened also when I called the day of service. Also, inform customers of the pro brush service. I did not know
that was done until I downloaded the copy of service. I assumed the extra was for cleaning my area rug. I think this is an expensive service. More than cleaning a room. Andrew was very helpful. I like your product.

Zerorez did a great job on our carpets that had taken a beaten from our ill dog. They look very clean. The employee who did our carpets was very pleasant, hard-working and got the job done. I would recommend Zerorez to friends.
Usually my carpets look like new when your techs are finished. This time I noticed several spots that were missed. It still looks great overall but it just seems like it wasn't as thorough of a job as usual.
Had to have someone come out a second time to get rid of dark marks on the carpet caused by excess water. (That's what he told us). We are completely happy now - Amazing job of the traffic areas.
