You asked! I had 2 techs come to my house. I asked them to tell me out-rightly and honestly whether the carpet could be cleaned well, or not. I was prepared to buy new carpeting. But both assured me, and went ahead with the cleaning. The carpet looks cleaner mostly, but the house still smells. I was completely and totally honest with them about the pet pee.
Then there was the great up-sell. I called based upon "ask Mary", "Dave Ramsey", the KXNT radio special of $29 per room. I have 8 rooms, so I was figuring $240 or so. They told me it was $33. So okay, now it's about $270, that's fine. But with all the upsell extras, I guess we can't really clean your carpet unless you pay more for us to get it clean, the $29/33 special doesn't really get it clean. Bottom line? I paid a whopping $985!!!
Your Tech told me it would cost $20,000 to re-carpet my house., and this was such a better deal. I had RC Willey come out yesterday, and give me an estimate for carpet pad installation and take away, it was just over $5000. This is what I am considering doing AFTER your carpet cleaning! I wish I had bought new carpet. my house smells still.
What can you do to make it right? Return $713--that's the difference between the advertised $272 and the charge of $985. Why did I agree? I was desperate. I hoped it would come out clean, I was tired of the delay--5 days for a call back, then a few more days till the Tech could come out to look, and up-sell me, of course only during business hours, so I had to take 2 hours of vacation time to meet him, then he decided to cancel my carpet cleaning appointment last Saturday cause he "wasn't going to work that day". So I had another tech, who was nice enough. Suggestion: techs don't need to be eyeballing customer's possessions and commenting on them. They should only be looking at the carpet, not my fitness equipment, vehicles, artwork, etc.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable in the art of cleaning carpets, answered all my questions and provided advise on how to keep our carpets clean.
I have seen Zerorez remove blood that two other carpet cleaning companies said would never be able to removed. I also like the different services offered for pet stains and odors. The level of cleanilness far surpasses any company I have ever used. Juan and Andrew were polite, helpful, prompt and very knowledgeable. It will be my pleasure to refer Zerorez to all my family members, friends and clients.
A lack of communication and understanding ur technicians failed to give me a better understanding of what I was purchasing...it was nothing I did ur technicians failed to give me the right information i feel like u cheated me. I feel I deserve a refund because u failed to communicate the right price of your services to me and I will like to hear the conversation I had with Ms Tori when I made the appointment.
If you have a pet stain on your carpet, you should feel confident that the stain will be cleaned up.

Ray saved my new tile floors in my kitchen and two bathrooms. Rebath had nearly destroyed the tile and grout but Ray saved the day. He cleaned and color sealed the grout and my new floor looks almost like a new floor now. Thanks Ray, you saved the day, and ReBaths' butt!
I usually schedule last minute and can usually get it done fairly quickly, so thank you for that! I like that there is no residue and the power of the suction, i fee like it gets it really clean! I don't like that a lot of the reps don't rake the carpet after they are done... i think it makes it look so much better than seeing all the vacuum lines in it. And i asked for a specific person to be sent and a different one showed up without me knowing. Maybe i'm biased but i don't think he did as good a job as my normal guy... there were some stains left that have always come up before. I get my carpets cleaned like every 3/4 months so i have a pretty good idea of the permanent stains. Other than those few things, i will always recommend ZEROREZ!

I appreciated the inspection that was done beforehand to find trouble zones. Our carpets are not new by any means but after they were cleaned, they looked and smelled a lot better.
