Johnny was amazing! The guy really knew his stuff. Talked me through the entire process, wasn't pushy, and overall just very friendly. On top of that, my carpets look amazing, like brand new! I already have and will continue to use Zerorez in the future.
I expected my carpets to be cleaned when the representatives came out. My carpets looked terrible! When making the appointment I should have been told items would be needed like power and water. As I was having the carpets cleaned in a rental that I moved out of, I had already cancelled the power to the property. The technicians that cleaned the carpet failed to tell me that power would be needed as well, and waited until after they had just made my carpet wet and ran a brush over it. I waited for an hour while they "worked" to go in and see soggy dirty carpets. I made several phone calls to attempt to get a hold of a manager and was told 4 times that a manager would call me back. After 2 days and multiple phone calls on my part I finally got a manager on the phone. I did not want any additional services from your company, you couldn't do it right the first time, I didn't expect you to be able to clean anything on a second try. However, the manager refused to give me a refund as it was not your policy. So, I had to contact my landlord, get him to agree to allowing your company back in, after I had already done the walk through to release the property back to him, his property manager had to get a key and set up a lock box, while all of this was delaying them from placing the property back on the market to get another renter so he wouldn't be losing out on money. Apparently your company won't take no for an answer to repeat terrible service. I have never had a company have such a lack of quality in their work, and lack of customer service from start to finish as I have with zerorez.
You've cleaned my carpet 3 times so far and I feel Zerorez has the best method.

Your representative Anthony was great! He called to give us his estimated arrival time and was right on the money. He was very knowledgeable about the products you use and gave us options of other services that could be provided. We were only having the carpets cleaned but ended up cleaning our dining room chairs. They turned out great. He is a real asset to your company!
Ray was amazing. Very efficient and professional. Zerorez did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Heidi Harris and Dave Ramsey were right, this is a great company and process. We'll recommend you whenever the opportunity arises.

UNFORTUNATELY, MY DIAREA HAPPPENED AGAIN AFTER THE TECNITIAN LEFT. I WILL CALL AGAIN WHEN I AM SURE I AM OVER THIS. IT IS UINHEARD OF THAT DIAREA WILL LAST MORE THAN 10 DAYS!

I was disappointed with your philosophy of charging for everything and not giving a completed price to begin with. Was not shown a bill before my credit card was charged also was never informed about the $8 gasoline charge by either the first girl when I set up the appointment or Loise at the end. It is my fault for not asking to see a completed bill but he just asked me to put in my email address so the office could send me the bill and receipt. When I called the next day to the office Brad was very helpful in resolving the matter. The carpet did get clean so that was not a problem.
The tec. Was great. On time ,wore booties gave good advice and was kind. End result seems to be fine. Time will tell

Your technician did a good job on the carpet. However, I used to feel like your prices were very reasonable, but every time I use Zerorez the price is significantly higher than the last. I think there are more economical options out there.

Your technician, Anthony Olmstead, was very professional and unlike any other carpet cleaning company I have dealt with, I did not feel like he was there to double the price I was quoted on the phone. I was very detailed on what I needed on the phone, I didn't pay anything more than what I expected and received great service. I was also very impressed with how highly Anthony spoke of working for Zerorez and it's owners. He said it is a great company to work for and he enjoys what he does. My carpets felt clean after the visit and I am very happy with the service I received. I will definitely call you next time I need my carpets cleaned and would ask for Anthony again.
