the products that are used do an excellent job of cleaning and the service is excellent always on time and more often than not they call and come early..
I would of liked to have an idea of what the cost was going to be from the beginning. In this location, the rooms are small and there was a closet and bathroom with carpet as well but I didn't know that it was a standard charge instead of a square footage pricing.
Quality, service
Pet stains were not removed even tho I was charged 35.00 a room. The tech had many excuses for not getting them removed. I asked for a do over and the tech spent maybe 20 minutes total which wasn't even enough time for the pet treatment to take effect according to his story the first time

All products used are friendly to the environment, service is excellent, representative of Zerorez is knowledgeable and capable to answer all your questions. The representative is on time and leaves the home in excellent condition.
Technician was efficient, but did not seem to hurry through the job. Floors came clean and dried fairly quickly. The idea that no soap residue is left in the carpet is good piece of mind as well.
