Very clean, no residue.
My carpets look so much better!
Carpet seems softer than with other cleaners. He did a great job on my tile.
However, it didn't make any difference on pets strains that my other carpet cleaner removes. I also didn't know you had "levels" of cleaning so mine wasn't guaranteed. Why did I pay $35 a room extra if it doesn't work?

The team that cleaned our home (ducts, carpet, tile), was outstanding! They showed up on time, were courteous, kept us informed of what they were doing and showing us results. Our carpets came out amazingly beautiful! They did not stink, dried quickly, weren't "crunchy" and were not full of chemicals and shampoo. Our tile floors look brand new! Wow! We have used other companies over the years here in Vegas, other states, as well as other countries. Your company and team are above and beyond the others by far. Also.....competitively priced! Thank you!

I wasn't sure what to expect. The technician who came was very friendly and professional. I feel the service was slightly overpriced the outcome wasn't any better than the cheaper services.

Wil was here on time and was very polite and professional. He answered all our questions and concerns and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and sectional couch. We will call he again.

Was given an estimate for couch and floor that did not make clear that the estimate for the couch was based on having both the couch and floor done at the same time. When technician was done with couch, it still had a spot on it that I was later easily able to remove with oxyclean.

The techs, Andrew and Cesar, were thorough in explaining the process and did a great job (both on the carpet and upholstery). Will definitely use again.
A very thorough job was done by Edward. He was very conscientious and polite. He was also knowledgeable about fibers and how to take care of them and explained everything to us in order for us to maintain our carpets and upholstery. I like having the fiber protectant placed after he was done. He did a great job. We are very happy with the job done and will continue to use your company. WOW!!! Is all I can say!! I never realized my carpet was SOOO durty!! The boy's used the brush on it and it look like we have new carpet put down!!! THANK'S GUY'S!!!
