The people are super friendly and explain everything very well
Called and asked for a quote- was quoted a price and then I told the girl I heard about your service on the Drill radio show on 1010XL and asked for the discount you advertised on the show- the girl tells me “ oh, I already gave you the discount. The only reason I used Zeroez is because of the advertising- that tactic is weak- I’m telling everyone to avoid your company after this experience
The technician was personable, friendly, and mannerable. He put my mom at ease and explained the process to her. He was timely.
My mom's carpet looks fantastic, and I was pretty pleased with the service.
The tech that came and performed the service was extremely professional and kind. He took the time to explain the process and recommended his best options for me. Once completed the cleaning was flawless and I will absolutely request the tech again!

The service is just pricey and do wish it was a bit less expensive as clean air is something that is vital. But I do understand it is expensive to maintain a business.
