I always had two great guys. This guy yesterday was so slow, spent an hour measuring the same rugs over and over, could not move the loveseat off the carpet where the other guys did and he took forever. Kept trying to upsell protectants that he makes commission on but it was very annoying! Do not want him back again.

Only downside is that when rooms are little bigger they quickly charge you for an extra room, however they don’t take in consideration that most of the rooms are only cleaned about 30 to 40% of the size as they only clean around furniture and beds.
Other than this little issue I am 100% satisfied..

Technicians were knowledgeable and doing a good job also cleaning my duct work and the coils in my air handler. They also installed a sdditional UV light on the coil for almost half the cost of the HVAC vendor. charged to put a light on the blower.
