Competent technicians did both my A/C ducts and carpet. I liked the way they cleaned the air ducts, grills and area around the ducts. Very thorough cleaning of the carpet also and it dried fast.
This was our first time using Zerorez based on a recommendation. Our technician was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. We will be using their services in the future.

Great staff, very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, hard working. Jake took the time to explain things to me so that I knew what was going to happen and why. Elbert and the other gentleman (can’t recall his name), were very thorough and thoughtful. The whole crew made sure that work got done right, addressed any questions or concerns that I had and were very respectful of my home and made sure everything was clean, tidy and in good condition when they were complete. So thankful!
