Very nice technician. Did a good job on carpet cleaning. Unfortunately one area did not get resolved but is high traffic. Only compliant is that, at some point, he dragged the hose thru the mulched area at front door and it was everywhere when he left.

All's well that ends well but this was the most frustrating experience I've had in ages. I made the appt by phone and it was confirmed by text. Then I started getting calls from a number not marked Zeroez (which made me not answer ... I don't trust unknown numbers) ... but did eventually hear the voicemail. Returned calls and was told I didn't have an appt. No one could explain why I had a confirmation if there was no appt. Long story short, this went back and forth. No appt. Frustratedly, I texted the number associated with the confirmation and received a call from the local Zerorez that I, indeed have an appt. Then I received an email the appt was cancelled, which I assumed to be another mistake. Sure enough, a tech never showed (after I waited all morning). Again frustratedly, I texted the number associated with the confirmation text who said the appt got cancelled (not by me!!!). They did send a tech later that day who did a very nice job. It took 2 days to dry, but, overall, the carpet looks good.

Unlike previous times I’ve used Zerores , this time my carpets were doll and dingy and they smelled like wet, dirty carpet. I’m still working on getting them redone by somebody else. I was very disappointed. It’s been less than a year since they were here previously, the cleaning was not the same.
