The employees courteous, very informative.
The agent was very professional, told me what he could and could not do to my work request, exxplained the entire process and made sure I understood what may or may not happen and the results thereof. For the face of the company, this is one great employee. Thank you Zerorez. You mighjt want to make this operator a "KEEPER".
We had water from a broken pipe come through the ceiling onto the carpet. I called Zerorez and explained the situation and they had a technician there within 2 hours. The technician was very professional and did a great job.

The guy that cleaned was horrible he made my white carpets yellow. And did not clean them well he soaked my stairs and it took 24 hours to dry.

Easy to schedule and overall hood job
Our technician was Gabriel, and he did a great job! The red wine stain on our white wool/jute rug is gone after his work. The rest of the clean carpets look great and the loveseat he cleaned looks new again! I highly recommend Zerorez and will use their services again.

Needless to say, I like everything about Zerorez from making an appointment (with Claire), to the technitions who actually do the service.…they are kind, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable about their work!! I also think their prices are fair. The carpets always look so great when they are finished cleaning.
