He did a good job
The price, customer service, the technician who do the cleaning and the fact that it gives great results. We use Zerorez regularly for all of the above reasons.
I love that you use natural products, they have cleaned my rugs, furniture, and my former carpets
well. The service is always good, the Service Associates sell but don't push! We are always satisfied with the results and service and that's why we return :)

Need clarification on services u provide to do online orders if not providing sealing in the price that u have offered for cleaning then there should be a spot to add sealiing as extra service. I have never heard any other place giving quote for cleaning most if other services include sealing with cleaning in the charges they offer.
I ended up paying more than my budget and still not covered sealing in all areas that were cleaned and few spots r bit cleaned properly so asked to fix it.
Also it would be nice to share exact math of calculating square feet that covers in price range. Initially i was told price was quoted for total sq feet around 430 and then when measured he found 410 or something so technically i should have less charges but was charged the same for cleaning .
Not sure if i will use again.

Very Good Service and professional staff. I have used them on numerous occasions and had been satisfied-so I go back. In this call we had some blood issues due to a fall by my wife and they did a good job, but was unable to remove all spots. Although I wish they would give it another try in the small area, but I am going to take a stab at it. I will go back to them for Service.

I highly recommend this service (air duct and dryer vent cleaning) and company. Very professional from scheduling to the cleaning. The technicians were here on time and were very polite and knowledgeable. Explained the whole process from beginning to end and even cleaned up the carpet underneath the vents. I was very pleased with their service!!!
Zerorez, Dalton, was on time and fully explained what he could accomplish. He wore booties over his shoes each time he returned from his truck. I was very pleased with his results in rejuvenating my 25+ year old carpet. Would be glad to have Zerorez clean carpets here again. Thanks very much.

Our old carpet looks like new! Even 3 days later, they are still bright, clean, and fluffy. In comparing your cleaning process to other carpet cleaning services, there is really no comparison. I will continue to use your services over any other carpet cleaning companies I've ever used. I my opinion, your process is by far superior.

Service was great - Setting up the visits and getting a quote on the services was a little broken. For a customer who told you we were going to use THREE of your services, I think a visit by a rep to duscuss how the services work, do measurements and quote the job would have been resonable and the confusion we experienced could have been avoided. All things considered, we would recommend your services to our neighbors if asked.
The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an incredible job at removing old, stubborn stains. He finished in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. We will definitely recommend Zerorez.
