The young man was very informative as to his cleaning of the carpets. He also explained the applying of the protectant. Although we felt it was a bit expensive, we did have our large room done and paid an additional $50.00. The carpet is nice and looks clean.

I like the technicians the most, they were really great. I also like that it uses special water and dries quickly. Next time though i would request less of the citric cleaner because it bothered by asthma. There also feels like a film on the carpet.

It's great to have a product being used that leaves know residue on the carpet. My carpets are older and your product did a great job on cleaning my carpets. I have a puppy that does tinkle on the carpets once in awhile and the stains came out which I was happy about.I also had your protective coating sprayed on the carpet also.
