Your customer service is wonderful. Clear communication and available for any questions. Your technician was prompt, curteous and a pleasure. I love the product because it is safe for my family and pet with no harsh and toxic smell lingering for weeks.

The product does what we were told it would do. When another company cleaned our carpets, it looked good at first before the carpet was dry. The next day we could still see the stains. That did not happen with Zerorez. we are very pleased.
They are always awesome - I have tied other Carpet Cleaning Company and by far your company is the best. He was on time, did a fantastic job and my carpets looked fantastic.

As routine as can be with as little disruption as is possible for a carpet cleaning. The only thing that could've been easier is if Ben had moved the furniture and picked up for us!
We LOVED the service and products they used on both carpets and wood floors! Was very impressed with the product they sprayed on the carpet to protect it. Loved the feel of the wood floors after they were cleaned. The guys were very nice and on top of it! They were great! We will definitely recommend zerorez!

Fabulous service associate.
The serviceman was very informed and did a thorough job.He explained every step and what to expect. The downside was your office and the appointment time. We were originally told 8:30am but when no one showed up, my wife called to see what was going on and was told that the adjusted appointment would be 11:30.That was not the fault of the serviceman but instead an office issue.All in all this was the second time using your service and we were satisfied except the time issue.
Couldn't find anything to complain about. The service was excellent.
