carpet cleaning is really good. the guy cleaned my carpet and it looks like new. the pet stains aren't visible no more.

Results were great, but more importantly to me, the customer service was fantastic. The two gentleman who showed up (one was a trainee) were both polite and courteous. They were well-dressed and looked professional. They were on time (early actually, though they called in advance to make sure that early was acceptable), in and out as fast as possible, and kept me informed of what they were doing at each step and how much longer each process would take.
I cannot praise them enough, I was definitely impressed. We get our carpets cleaned at least once a year, and I will certainly call back when the time comes to clean our carpets again. Thank you!

My floor was steam cleaned and it has never looked better. The carpets were cleaned as well. The carpets look great and the representative who came to our home was very professional and did a great job.
