Our carpets are not clean after you cleaning them twice and spraying them with antimicrobial spray. You have come to my house three times and the carpets are still not clean. We had to go buy a steam cleaner to get the horrible smell out of our carpet that you tried to blame on our dog! Miraculously after us cleaning the carpet ourselves, the smell is gone and we pulled up a bunch of dirt from the carpet. I have proof of the dirt that we pulled out of our steam cleaner in the same room that was cleaned twice by you. It is absolutely ridiculous that we had to go purchase a steam cleaner after we had already spent the money to have our carpets clean. It is clear that you don't really clean the carpets, which results in the carpets smelling. We have had to buy air fresheners and now a new steam cleaner to make our house smell like it should. I am very disappointed and will definitely not recommend your company to anyone. Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians, took the time to explain and do things right. I was very impressed with not only how polite and personable Derrick was but he was also very professional and did an excellent job. My carpets and tile were as close to new as they could be and again Derrick was very thorough, testing the floors to be sure there wasn't any negative effects before he started. Thank you Derrick and Zerorez.

We were told twice the carpets would only take 4-6 hours to dry but its been 24 hours and they still aren't dry. Overall pleased but the fresh smell didn't last long and the long dry time would make me hesitate using zerorez again.

Seth (very nice young man) really worked hard to clean the carpet and did a great job but within a few days the stains came back so to say the least I am disappointed. I paid extra for the dog stain removal. I believe your concept is great, but it doesn't work well on stains.
This was my first appointment with Zerorez. Seth was professional and friendly, and did a great job, explained everything. Had the dryer vent,ducts and carpet.Carpet looks brand new. Had carpet protector sprayed, will have to wait and see.
Very easy to set up and get the job done. Jordan was very helpful and professional. The man that actually did the work was also very professional and did a good job. I was not there but my Mom was and she said she was very satisfied. I would like to have the tile done one more time as it is so much better than before I believe with another application it would be as good as new.

While wet the carpet looked great; however, once dry there was no distinguishable improvement with stains that could not be gotten out via normal means.
