Very polite when I called, was able to clean my rugs the next day, gave me a time window of 11:00 - 2:00, I received a call at 10:30 asking if it was still acceptable to come within a half hour. Very polite, discussed my options, with no pressure for any choice.

As our carpet dried we had some spots that began to show up a bit. I thought about calling, just not sure that you showed up for small areas. I would recommend you to friends in spite of this.
Carpet looks like new and the staff is effecient and very friendly.
It was quick, but didn't expect that it was such a wet process. We put two dehumidifiers in the house and it was completely dry by the next morning. So far it looks very good, but one spot in the secondary hallway didn't come up.

You had to come back to protect the sofa. Unfortunately it was the wrong sofa. Now I need to contact you again to come back. To provide better service I recommend that you always ask about protection and don 't leave it to the client and set up thebappointmentbwhen something was done incorrectly. Instead it is now up to me to call you again.

Chairs had to be redone to get nap going in same direction to get rid of streaks. Same for area rug. Serviceman should have known better.
