I was very pleased with the promptness, efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of your staff. Not to mention I like cleaning "Green". The carpets look brand new and the spot on my sofa is gone and looks like there was never a spot on the sofa. It has been a while since I have dealt with a company who lives up to their advertising claims in such an exemplary way. Well done Zerorez!
The carpet felt cleaner however a few spots came back after the carpet dried. Also the price I was quoted was more then what I was charged.

This was the second time that Zerorez has cleaned our carpets, but it was definitely not the last time. My carpets look almost like new. The technician was on time, polite, efficient, considerate, and knowledgeable.
The cleaning tech was very nice and did a great job. The woman that scheduled my appointment was friendly and even gave me a $50 off coupon since I was getting my tile and an area rug (taken to your location) cleaned.

Carpet turned out well, but I have a bunch of dead grass from the truck and hose. It appears to slowly grow back.
No chemicals or soap is used in the process and that it is child and pet friendly. I have been using Zerorez for about 9 or 10 years now and would not use any other service to clean any carpet, tile or upholstery that I own!
On time, pleasant odor and quick drying
I like the time spent in order to do a good job. It's not like other companies that are cheaper but are in and out of your house in 30 minutes. I also like the equipment that is being used. The trucks look up to date and in good repair. I also like that the tech's are more than happy to move furniture around in order to get all of the carpeting clean.

Your rep did a great job on our carpet! Some spots we thought were not going to come clean did just that. We had another company clean our carpet a couple of years ago and we were very dissatisfied with the work performed.
The man spend a total of thirty minutes on site and claimed he could not get the dirt out. I must admit the carpet was extremely dirty, but I don't feel that I got my money's worth. I had the carpet cleaned again by another cleaning service. He spent about 45 minutes per room. They came out much better, but I will probably end up replacing the carpet in all three rooms.
I like the fact that my carpets are clean without the use of harsh chemicals. I received fast, friendly service and will certainly be using Zerorez again.
