The two people that I dealt with (the person that made the appointment and the person that cleaned the carpet) were very friendly and informative. Our carpets look wonderful and they are not crunchy at all in fact they are softer than when we have seen.
They worked! After Patrick left, and the sofas and chairs dried out - they really look fresh. It was a tough job and I am very pleased with the result.

The appointment was from 11 to 1. Your agent did not show until 2:35.. The cleaning was not what I expected. I had to get my personal carpet shampooer out after the visit to clean my carpet to my satisfaction. I was very disappointed in the cleaning of my carpet..
The tile grout came very clean and all the spots came out of the carpet and looks like new.

The young man arrived on time, did what he was supposed to do and the carpets came out beautifully. I believe this is the third year we have used Zerorez and will continue to do so.
The fellow who came explained what he would do. He was on time and very well informed about his job. We were very pleased with the results and would definately use zerorez again and recommend them.
You are on the high end of pricing compared with other carpet/tile cleaning companies so you could work on that.
