Like the way your employee Trevor did his job and the way he talk to us
The first tech that came only did half of the carpets and when they were dried I could see that two of the cream borders had a rather orange tint to them and they were not really cleaned. I complained about the service and David (the owner) called and said he would send Bryan out as he is the oriental rug expert. Bryan looked at them, agreed they were not as clean as the side that hadn't even been cleaned but said that even if he took
them to the warehouse he could not guarantee they would be clean either. He also agreed that the
rug that was supposed to be cleaned .....where my husband put his feet...was not clean.
I couldn't be more disappointed in the servicing of my oriental rugs.
I will be glad to pay for the tile that was cleaned but am asking for my money back on
the rugs. I do not feel that your company has been favorably represented and can not
honestly support your business with a positive feedback without some consideration
from your owner which would be a partial refund.
I would appreciate hearing from you when you make your decision.

The technician that came to our home did a great job of cleaning our carpets. He was on time, even early, and very courteous. He spoke highly of his employer and I think that speaks volumes about the work environment.
We will definitely use your services again in the future.

This was the second time we have used Zerorez and was pleased again. Seth did his job and did it well. He was very prompt, was willing to answer the few questions I asked and stayed on task. You have done my floors several times and I have always told you what a great job you did and the techs are especially polite and professional. However, this time, there was at least a $30 difference in my quote and the final price, plus I downgraded from a loveseat to a chair, which was an additional $10 less, plus, I was told I could use my last $25 coupon and the technician said he could not apply it. Therefore, my final price was about $65 more than I anticipated. Improvement could come from the scheduler giving the price and sharing that with the tech so everyone is on the same page. Thanks. D.
