I had to call back 2 days layer because of no call back. When I did call back, representative wasn't really interested in providing service do I didn't schedule any service. A month later I called and received a call back immediately. However,I don't think the protector was applied to my sofa or the discount. Still waiting for a confirmation.

He did a good job and he was friendly and professional. The only negative was he wasn't able to get out all of the stains on the bathroom grout.

The product does what we were told it would do. When another company cleaned our carpets, it looked good at first before the carpet was dry. The next day we could still see the stains. That did not happen with Zerorez. we are very pleased.
