That Zerorez shows up on time, gives a call before, does a great job and the representives act professional.

Your Tech was knowledgeable and helpful I was very pleased with his service!in explaining what the service entailed and the results expected .

The serviceman told me he couldn't really clean my oriental rugs unless he took them
to the warehouse. I had them cleaned before (water) and didn't want to send them out.
He was right. He actually gave them a wet-vac but they aren't clean.
He did half of the dining room rug, around the edge of the bedroom rug, three 4X5 rugs and
a 7X9 in the family room He did the tile in the kitchen area. After the pricing got over
four hundred I told him not to do the halls or any other rugs.
He warned me that he didn't want to spot clean any of the orientals...which has been done
before. But he didn't want to take a chance.
So, I can not honestly say that I could recommend your services to anyone I know.
He also charged me for a 2X4 sweep of the two closets....just the walking area.

The men who clean our home are always very clean-cut, well mannered, polite, and kind. I find they strive for an old-fashioned, customer oriented service, which is refreshing. I do wish there was a bit more consistency in pricing. I also have noticed the last several years that the stain protector in the carpet used to be included in the price, and now it is no longer included. I find that disappointing. It seems like zero Rez, in an effort to compete with other companies' prices, lowered their prices, but then started to "nickel and dime" their customers ie: stain protection and certain stain treatments cost more. I wish this was not the case. But overall, the service is well done.

Good service

They did a good job. Only problem was the brush got stuck in one of the air ducts while they were cleaning. He was able to get it unstuck, but not sure if there was any damage to the duct or not. Just wanted to note that (the tech said if there was any damage, zerorez would take care of it). Once we have our air conditioning company check it out, we'll let you know if there was any problems.

I'm not quite as pleased with the cleaning the second time I had Zerorez. It's like several spots were completely missed.

I have never seen my carpets cleaner than after Zerorez worked their magic. I am recommending you to all my friends and family. The only way my carpets could look any better is if I got new carpet so that the 2 bleach stains (from the past owner of the house) would disappear.

I like the fact that my carpets stay cleaner longer when I use Zerorez. Your representatives have always informed me of my options and explained the processes to me thoroughly before doing them. The latest technician that was here, Ivan Spencer, was exceptionally good at considering products for different problems. The ones he chose verified his knowledge of product use. He did a wonderful job and even went the extra mile on some of our difficult spots.

Clean smelling. Carpet stays clean for longer.

The technician called while he was on his way and actually showed up early. He then walked me thrown every step of the process, explaining what he would be doing and asking if I had any questions. He then walked me through each item on the bill, noticed a discrepancy and had it taken care of immediately.

I have a king size mattress that needed cleaned do to stains and paid 99 and it still looks the same. If the person who came out would of told us that all he could do is use some stuff to eat bacteria and that to get it cleaned right it would have cost around 225 dollars I could have saved the 99 dollars and tried cleaning it myself. They didn't even get the Koop aid stains out. He worked on it for like 45 min I was told but it looked the same as it did before you guys came out. Not sure what you can do to make it right but just wanted to let you know I wasn't very impressed.

First and foremost your service tech Patrick is a good guy, professional neat and squared away. However something was very wrong this time my carpet was cleaned. I have used Zerorez for the last 4 years and have been extremely happy with the results. However this time you could not remove the stains to my carpet. Patrick said he went over the carpet with every type of cleaner he had, protein etc. However the carpet still had stains on it. But I took a hot towel with just plain water and removed them I showed Patrick. You changed trucks and this new truck must not have the capability as the old one. If I have to clean the carpet after you leave then there is a big problem. I have a Bissel carpet cleaner and all I use is hot water and it did a better job than your system. I am very disappointed. Not sure if I will use you again. You are more expensive than anyone else and I don't mind paying for a service but when you don't preform to expectations then there is a problem. I cannot recommend you to any of my friends and family because you did not preform as advertised. Sorry but the truth is the truth!!!

My carpet was a challenge agreed as the condition is on the older side of ground in however I would think I could walk barefoot on it the day of the cleaning and at least the day after and not have to wash the bottom of my feet before putting shoes on to go outside!! Just sayin' !!

Once again, service was wonderful. My serivice guy arrived on time and and finished up 3 rooms in an hour with time to spare. My carpet and tile look awesome! I also love the citrus smell I get after the carpet has been cleaned. I doesn't smell like harsh chemicals.
