Two bedrooms and family room area rugs came very clean look like new. Master bedroom (lighter color carpet) has a heavy traffic area which did not come clean. A couple spots in this area did look lighter so I wonder if technician spent a little more time on problem spots there would have been a better outcome?? Also had master bath shower tile cleaned. Tile looks great, grout in areas did not come clean. May need to re-grout flooring at this point. Your advertising does state grout will look like new....

I like that there is no soap residue. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable about his service. The service for the price was excellent.

quality cleaning without residue

First time user, so I can't comment on the process and how it will reduce future dirt buildup, but so far I'm pleased with both the initial cleaning and the courtesy of the technician.

The service was excellent and our tech Kelen was very friendly and went out of his way to provide us a customer service response that was phenomenal.
