For a customer who told you we were going to use THREE of your services, I think a visit by a rep to duscuss how the services work, do measurements and quote the job would have been resonable and the confusion we experienced could have been avoided. All things considered, we would recommend your services to our neighbors if asked.

I would like to comment on this please. Cory did a great job on getting the house cleaned. However, he did want me to know that the person that did the write up on the ticket put down something that way off as far as the area getting cleaned. I really think that what I tell a person on the phone on what I want done should be what the tech will be doing? After what Cory showed me what they had wrote down, he did come back with a price for doing what I wanted done. This needs to be addressed and if I want it done again, I would like to know the price would be the right one on the spot.

The 2 young men who came to perform the service were very nice, well mannered, clean cut, and extremely informative. The service itself was awesome! The house smells lovely and the performance of our A/C was instantly noticed. The air blows out so much better than before. We will definitely be repeat customers to keep our system in peak performance

My carpet looked brand new when my service was done. There were no extra fees for heavily soiled areas, or for larger rooms.
