Called to get rug cleaned. Gave me a price over the phone and could come the next day and clean it.
Guy came out and tried to up sell me on getting a different kind of rug cleaning that was going to cost more money but results would be much better. But did not say how long it would take until I had already said yes and he was preparing the invoice. Company came back later that day to pick up rug. Then I was told it could take up to 3 weeks to clean. And I had to pay in full upon pickup. I won’t use this company again.

Cleaned tile and grout so it looks like new.

Perhaps 2 workers instead of 1. A nice guy but seemed to be having some difficulty moving eqpt. and cleaning at the same time
Not really satisfied, and there was sticky residue left on the floor after it dried in the areas of the house that were not designated for cleaning. I'm sure it was the hose being pulled from room to room leaving water or cleaning solution behind. He tried to mop it up but missed some areas. I really expected better results.

I got a phone call when the technician was headed to my home with an ETA giving me a heads up. The technician was polite and professional and explained the different products and services to me. He did an exceptional job and was very careful not to scratch the dry wall and door with the hose. I will use him and zerorez again.
