Our carpet is very light and the last time Zerorez cleaned it, it was amazing. Our service person was very profesion and efficient. They best job ever.
I was very disappointed with the cleaning this time. The technician was at my house for less than 30 minutes (including setup/rear down) and cleaned 4 rooms. I specifically asked him to pay extra attention to the high traffic areas. They barely looked touched! I can do a better job using my Bissell carpet cleaner!! We usually have you come out once a year or so, and I clean in between myself.
This was a complete waste of money. $200+ down the drain.

Please be careful about placing cleaning equipment outdoors by shrubs. We had an azalea bush suffer and turn brown on its lower limbs.
We had our couch cleaned in 2022 and 2023. The technician we had in 2022 was outstanding. The 2023 technician was okay. He scuffed our kitchen cabinets and wore his shoes on our carpet without shoe covers. He was overall much sloppier.
The serviceman was polite, helpful and quick to make suggestions. I appreciated the great care that he took to protect my furniture and walls from moisture as well as the time he took to ensure that everything came clean.

Easy to schedule and great technician
You do a good job cleaning. The men who clean are always courteous and make good suggestions about my various issues. They are careful so as not to scratch or mar my walls and furniture. I always feel great about the job that is done.
The service was prompt and professional. They took the time to look at a few "stains" that we did not know the origin of. The carpet looks great after the cleaning and we will certainly use Zerorez again.
