The tech was very helpful and worked hard; however, he didn't do a lot of the things on your pre check list nor on the post completion list. My carpets are much cleaner, but now that it's dry, I can still see areas that I think could have been better.
I like the fact there is no residue left on the carpet after cleaning. I was disappointed that stains did not come out.
