Very friendly. Great customer service. There was an issue with my original cleaning (some spots reappeared within a week of cleaning). I let Zerorez know of the issue and they sent someone back immediately to retreat the areas. I felt that the company really wanted my feedback and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with their service and product. It was the first time I had used Zerorez but will not be the last.
Did a thorough and great job of getting stains out. Carpet looks almost brand new after almost 10 years. I would definitely use you again!!

The tech is excellent. He is pleasant, mannerly, works hard and very efficient. My floors look like they are brand new after he cleans them. He did the carpet and grout in tiles and the carpet is 10 years old and it looks great after he cleaned it. Prices are reasonable. The tech is timely too and I can always count on great service. I am a return customer and I recommend to my friends too this company.

The products and treatment didn't leave any residue and dried pretty fast. The service technician was very polite and courteous. He ensured wall corners were protected from equipment and wiped down any wet spots on our hard surface flooring when accessing carpeted areas. I would definitely recommend your company to friends.

I love the way that the carpet has no residue and smells so clean. With other carpet cleaners, spots begin to reappear within a few days, but it never happens with Zerorez. I use the spray bottle of Zerorez solution on spots on the fabric furniture with excellent success. I have used Zerorez for several years and will continue to call them when I need the carpet cleaned.

We have been using Zerorez for almost 10 years...two different homes. Usually, our carpets end up looking brand new after a cleaning. This time, not only did the serviceman take a very long time...the carpets only looked mediocre. Just not the quality we are used to with Zerorez.
