Within a few days of our $500 cleaning the traffic areas and stains almost look worse. We were shocked last night when we were vacuuming our carpet after putting our Christmas tree up and noticed dark stains that we had not seen before. It feels like it actually got worse. If it’s not possible to clean or remove I wish I would have known before spending $500. I can just continue to spot clean. I’m really sorry to sound negative but we are pretty disappointed. Maybe there is no such thing as carpet cleaning really getting out traffic areas and minor stains. This is the second time we’ve had zero rez come and the second time we are just left confused about carpet cleaning apparently.

Zerorez is professional, prompt and thorough. The technician was well trained and listened to my concerns about the stains on my chairs. After cleaning the chairs he asked that I inspect them and give him feedback. I am totally satisfied with the excellent job that he did! The chairs are totally clean and the stains are gone. Kudos to him and Zerorez!

Scheduling with Frank was an informative process, made easier by his great communication. Then ZeroRez staff helpfully confirmed my appointment 2 days in advance.
I highly recommend Gabriel and Clayton to clean duct work and dryer vents via the ZeroRez methods. These techs were on time, efficient, well-organized and well-educated. They explained the science behind the electrostatic spray very well and I decided to add that service.
They kept me posted with updates on how dirty ducts and vent had been and how clean all areas became, supported by photos.
The ZeroRez equipment used inside my 4 year old investment townhome appeared to be spotless, "brand new." After cleaning all the ceiling vents, they vacuumed adjacent flooring, leaving my town home both cleaner and safer than when they arrived.
I'm still considering whether to clean carpeted areas, depending on perspective future tenant's having pets, but will definitely contact ZeroRez for that service as well.
Tech arrived on time and very professional!
Techs Kendall and Albert did 2 services, a thorough cleaning of ducts and dryer vent in my 8 year old investment, rental townhome. They carefully explained every aspect of their process, answered all my questions about products, and I added the electrostatic duct spray option, upon their advice.
They both kept me posted throughout, updating me on how areas had looked before and then after their services. Then they cleaned up, leaving my townhome spotless, rental ready!
Kendall and Albert were prompt, early even; great communicators; well-organized and knowledgeable about the ZeroRez system, services and products. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a more sanitary and much safer home.
The representatives are always so kind and friendly. We have dogs that love to play in the dirt and then roll around on the carpet. No matter what, our carpet always looks brand new when Zerorez comes out to clean them.

Although very kind and communicative, the 2 technician spent almost as much time arguing about how to do the job as they did cleaning.
The 1st tech arrived at 830am and decided to re-measure the entire job instead of just the additional areas that were added after the original quote.
After that he was on the phone getting prices adjusted for 30+ minutes.
Finally after almost 1.5 hours he started getting hoses off the truck.
The manager arrived at some point and brought an additional tech more hoses because there was not enough hose on the truck. The additional tech had no way to contribute after the initial spraying because there was only one truck.
They then decided to try to move the truck to another entrance which was much further away than the original location. That wasted about 30 more minutes..All that and then at the end they ran out of time and didn't even finish the job.
I paid for what was completed and had to re book the rest because of holiday availability.
I like that you also clean the kitchen tile--it came out great. Technician (Harrison) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, had good suggestions, professional, got the job done.
Serviceman was great, went the extra mile to really clean my chairs. I have had other companies clean my carpet but they have never been able to clean it as well as Zerorez. Very satisfied!
