Jake and his partner are very knowledgeable and a delight to have in the home. Solicitous and kind, focused and thorough.
Very unimpressed. Spent less that 40 min on 3 bedrooms, 3 walk in closets, left hairballs on carpet in one room. Didn't even vacuum enough to "lift" furniture indents even though housecleaners the next day did so with no problem.
