Tech called hours before appointment wanting to come early. I said I wasn’t even home, but could hurry back and be home by 1:30. He said something about checking with the office because he isn’t supposed to wait around. I never heard back so when he did showed up about 1:45 I wasn’t ready.

He about 10 minutes per room and after he spent about 5 minutes in the first room, I told him that seemed quick. He said it wasn’t that dirty. I told him it was dirty, with two dogs, dog feet and dander, it is dirty. He seemed like he just wanted to rush abs get done for the day. My house now stinks.

I’m not sure if it’s the cleaning or my carpet, but some spots didn’t seem quite as fresh as I’d hoped afterward. Can’t fault the product unless this shouldn’t happen. Overall I’d say it was a smooth and quality service. Hard to gauge expectations vs reality sometimes.

Colton arrived on time with very good communication as to when he would arrive. He was courteous and professional and helped me decide what was best for our floors. He did a fantastic job and I will definitely be calling and asking for him to do our floors again. Our floors look fantastic.
