We have used Zerorez for many years and they always meet or exceed our expectations.
Zerorez has been my go-to cleaning service for several years. The quality of the products and the professionalism of the crew is Outstanding. Kendall, the team leader did an Outstanding job in explaining the processes. I had several different floor surfaces to be cleaned. As well as an upholstered sofa. Each of these areas were thoroughly cleaned by Kendall and Logan. Also, as Kendall explained the processes and noted I had area rugs as well, he recommended their rug cleaning process. I then had him take two rugs back to their facility to get cleaned. I am very pleased with the great job they all did and highly recommend Zerorez as well as the team of Kendall and Logan.

Hello. My carpet was cleaned Wednesday morning. I had some spots and I know if it was pretreated the spots, it would have come out. The carpet looks cleaner than it was but I still see the spots.
I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. Dalton was very professional and knowledgeable. He called before arriving and was ahead of schedule. He happily moved the work truck to allow my husband space when he returned from an errand. Dalton also informed me of their other services without being pushy.
The carpets look great!
Punctual found the issue with the dryer vent and handled it quickly.
