We have been using Zerorez for several years. Our technician was Logan Allee. He did an excellent job for us. He removed several stains for us and traffic patterns. when we need service
again we will certainly call Zerorez again.

The team arrived a little early which was welcome. They helped me move a few items I was unable to do prior to their arrival. They did an amazing job on my 22 year old carpet which is in good condition but was stained in places. I have not been well over the last few years and was unable to get things ready for a cleaning. However, it was a necessity at this time due to having complications from a surgery, falling out of bed and cutting my knee. There was blood all over my room and they did an excellent job of removing the stains they could and sanitizing the carpet due to the bacteria in the dried blood. I highly recommend Zerorez and plan to be more vigilant about having them come to my home on a more regular basis.

My charge was expensive. I thought there was a discount. The quote on phone was $255.00 but cost was $460.00 too much compared to who I used last time. Please give me a complete print out. The man that came to clean my floors was nice but I do not think he did a good job! I have used this company several times.He left water on all my steps going up stairs and downstairs. It looked like he wiped up water in my foyer with a dirty rag and left a film on the hardwood floor that I had to clean up with a swiffer. He left a machine part, a bungy cord(did not pick up) and a dirty rag on the floor! My tile did clean very ncely but it was the clean up that I had to do that really bothered me! May look around for another compnay next time! It seemed to me that the man needed more training! NOT PROFESSIONAL!

First appointment was scheduled last week for 4 rooms. I was told no problem, that it could be done. Technician started at 10:30 and At 2:30 Only one room was completed (sofa, 50sqft carpet and 4 drapes). Second appointment was to be to take care of the remaining items that were missed in the first appointment (drapes, carpets, one chair). Drapes were unable to be cleaned as technician stated he was unfamiliar with how to clean them. 2/3 rugs were cleaned. One still has a massive stain without stain treatment being offered. Just overall unimpressed.

Communication between your website chat service and your local office is poor. I was quoted a price online which did not match the price I was built for at service. I did not notice it until after I had paid it and the check had left. So I requested clarification from the online number and was assured that someone would get back to me and address my concerns. No one ever called me. I ended up calling the local office and they clarified that my original estimate did not include sealing , I had no idea there was a difference, whether it was sealed or was not sealed as far as price. The online chat person also told me they could see my contact information, but showed no prior services. The technician that came could view all three of my prior services on his device. So I remeasured my floors for nothing. The lack of communication between the systems makes the company look quite unprofessional. However, the technician did a good job on the floors, and I was happy with the work.
The tech called before he arrived and was very professional. We didn’t have much to get cleaned, but he definitely took his time and did a great job! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
The prices are fantastic as are the results. The customer service is also wonderful. Colton and Alex were super great.
