Damaged headboard /did not clean well and did not know how to do a proper s5 cleaning attmittedly. Reported it to management while he was on-site and twice more and was promised a return call. Nothing
Logan from Zerorez did an outstanding job on my carpets on April 29th. He went above and beyond—scrubbed, extracted, and brought a 20‑year‑old carpet back to life. It honestly looks 10 years younger. Professional, thorough, and worth every penny. Highly recommend.
The equipment broke on the first visit, return visit was supposed to be complimentary due to this frustration as I was told by one manager. The day the service was supposed to be completed again we were told by another manager there would be a full charge. Very disorganized, poor customer service. Won't be returning or recommending.

I can’t say enough good things about ZEROREZ and the wonderful job they did on my carpets for 5 bedrooms, a loft and a staircase. We have been in our house for 8 years which has led to a lot of wear and tear from shoe traffic and spills. And just like that, ZEROREZ made our carpets look amazing. Our carpet was pretty dirty, the man did a good job cleaning it, but it does have a few streeks that I feel could have been cleaned better. All in all a good job.
