Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Kendall and Logan, who cleaned my carpets. I was happy to see that they were able to remove stubborn stains out of my carpet and that their carpet cleaning process was safe for my cats.

The attention to detail. My tile floors are stunning after Antonio's beautiful work and attention to details. This was our first time using Zerorez and will not be our last.
Colton was excellent. He measured and inspected the carpet with me. Together we looked at some pet stains and he suggested a product to add to help remove and freshen the area. He never pressured me and I felt he came up with a fair price. He did not rush his cleaning process and explained to me as he went along each phase of his cleaning. I was extremely happy with the outcome and those few stains disappeared.I found Colton to be very nice and respectful. He even offered me shoe covers to help prevent me from sliding in some of the wet areas. I wore them the entire day and they were very much appreciated. Overall very satisfied with the cleaning of my carpet. Will use your company in the future.

I have always used Zerorez even when I lived in Atlanta and had good experiences but I will say that Joseph is the first technician I ever had to use fans when he finished a room to help with drying. He’s great!
