The initial visit by Gabriel was pleasant. He had some comments on various topics, not limited to our carpet which were entertaining. When he left, the carpet was still damp (as expected) and appeared spotless. So we turned on fans and left for a few hours.
When we returned, the carpet had begun to dry and several spots had begun to reappear. One was several times larger than before Gabriel “cleaned” it. We waited until the carpet was fully dry and called Zerorez for a re-treatment.
Unfortunately, you sent Gabriel again. He used the normal cleaning equipment on the spots and, again, while they were damp, they disappeared. But upon drying, they all showed up again and the one spot that had gotten bigger was even bigger and had spread to areas that previously were not stained at all. I did not observe Gabriel pretreat the spots with anything nor use anything outside of the normal spray/vacuum equipment.
Gabriel suggested, before he began the re-treatment, that he suspected Wicking which normally requires use of less liquid. But during the re-treatment he evidently did not decrease the amount of liquid and the spot grew to where I do not know if it can be removed without involving a carpet company at greatly increased expense.
So, no, I am not happy with the results of the Zerorez cleaning. This is the 4th time I have had to have someone come back to retreat spots that were not removed on the first visit. It is also the final one.

I’ve used Zerorez for several years and always pleased with service and results. Last Saturday when I brought my runner into your office and discovered it was closed for any personally delivered rugs, Micheal went the extra mile and set me up for service anyway. I will continue to used Zerorez as needed.
