The technician was entering my home without bootie’s and I had to ask him to put them on because his showers were very dirty like dirty old tennis shoes. Since I’ve had the service. My dog’s paws are red and inflamed and maybe reacting to the carpet protection spray or the carpet shampoo. I can’t seem to get my dog’s paws redness reduced. Also. My carpet feels stiff. And not soft after the service.

Another great experience with Zerorez! Dalton was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, was incredibly meticulous with his work, and took great care of our home while completing the service. He also made sure we were getting a great value and helped us take advantage of available discounts during the visit.
What impressed me most was his attention to detail. Before leaving, Dalton did a final walkthrough and double-checked everything to make sure nothing had been missed. That level of care and professionalism really stood out.
