Had an area rug cleaned in a bedroom, my dog had an accident on it shortly after the cleaning - when I cleaned that up and dried the area with a white towel the amount of DIRT on the towel told me the rug WAS NOT CLEAN

Tile cleaning in primary bath did not get up to the edges and areas where the wand doesn’t fit. Couch cushions have darker areas that might still need cleaning. Finally, I resent the way we were pushed into an early cleaning date to get an advertised discount when you’ve been advertising the same 20% discount all week.
