Kendall was very professional. He took great care in listening to my concerns and giving any other recommendations . He took his time and my tile looks great, carpet in the back bedroom smells wonderful and looks good and he was able to get all of the spots of my upholstery on my barstools. Everything was sparkling and friends have already commented on my floor. how good it looks.

The technician was super nice and professional. I think where this job went wrong is that my expectations weren’t managed in regards to how clean my rugs would get. I have a puppy who decided to use a couple of my rugs as puppy pads. I was hoping the at home cleaning would remove the stains but even more so, the smell. It did neither.
