The process of cleaning my carpet and bathroom tile was very easy. The tech was very professional and explained what he was doing and how long it would take to dry.
Our technician, Luis, was incredible. He was very thorough in explaining the process and all of our options. He was very kind, respectful and did a fabulous job cleaning the carpets. I would personally request him again. Thank you Luis and Zerorez.

I was very pleased with my service from Colton. He was polite and efficient. My couch looks like new. He broke a sweat making sure I got the most out of the service. It didn’t take that long to dry and now crazy smells.
