Grout never is clean. There are always spots and a residue that requires Heavy mopping. Yall tell me it is what it is, with the dirty grout but I end up cleaning it myself.

Zerorez is great! Our office smelled wonderful after they left and the floors have never been cleaner. One piece of advice to help make things a little clearer to customers is the window of arrival for the technician. When I booked my appointment, I was told the tech would arrive at 8:00am and I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. My tech didn't arrive until 9:30am. The 8-11am time frame that is on the confirmation email is a timeframe of when your tech could arrive. I would make sure when booking clients that they are aware of this. other than that. Everything else was great!

Our carpet had not been cleaned in several years. It is a very light color and after the cleaning it looks like new. We also had it treated for pet odors and they are completely gone

You could come back and fix the stains
There were areas that were never touched. Still had dirt in the corners under the cabinets. I guess I was expecting something more substantial. I cleaned after Morgan left and you couldn’t tell he was ever there. I’ve decided to resurface, but thought if it came clean I wouldn’t have to spend more on a cleaning. Not upset, just disappointed in myself for deciding to give you a call.

We needed a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate a time frame for us. They call you to let you know how far out they are from arriving. When they arrive it’s professional from beginning to end.
The gentleman who cleaned my rug and couch was clean pleasant and so very efficient. He did a beautiful job quickly and was very knowledgeable.
I paid for my carpet to be cleaned in my new built house in master bedroom. Son split milk. Carpet smelled. They came out and I paid $140 give or take. And the smell was there still. My husband came home and cleaned it with out carpet cleaner as I could not bc I am still recovering from surgery. Guess what smell
