The Service - All the techs are professionals, they are knowledgeable and friendly. I especially liked Mark(I think that was his name). He let me know the trick to getting the red wine stains out of the carpet.
It also smells so clean when they are finished.
The technician was polite and professional. He worked very hard and took care of all of our concerns.

Efficient, quick dry, technician thoroug and dedicated to a good job and customer satisfaction. Is informative about what he is doing, how he is doing it, and why. Honest and very friendly. First time our carpets were cleaned since house was built 14 years ago. We eat in the tv room saw we go kitchen to the room and the spots and trail was obvious ompared to rest of carpet. We had spot cleaned but those spots were obviously lighter than the rest of the carpet. Zerorez and the Technician took care of it. Thanks.
They are chemical free. The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was very knowledgable and respectful. Your customer service excellent.

I have used Zerorez for the past ten years. We started with the Jacksonville company and then switched to St. Augustine, but only because we try to support our hometown businesses. When my mother needed your services, I knew I could depend on the Jacksonville Zerorez to get the job done. Your representative, Dave, far exceeded our expectations. Mother's carpet was in terrible shape, but looks fabulous now. Mother can't stop talking about the job he did and she is most grateful for this opportunity to thank Dave publicly.

Kenan (our sevice tech) called to let me know he was on his way, arrived early, which was great. He did a great job on some really grimy carpet and the tile he cleaned looked way better than when we moved in! Thank you!
I like that the carpet wasn't soaked after the cleaning and that it wasn't soapy feeling. Our Service guy was very nice did a great job. The carpet looked great afterwards and was an overall great experience. :)
