Your product choice to clean work really great!
Everything was super quick and easy process. Technician was very informative and knowledgeable of product and service. Also super friendly.
We felt like the same result was accomplished when husband rented carpet cleaner from the local hardware store. Just don't feel like the end result was worth what we paid.

Pretty pricey, but always a good job. You guys have been doing our carpet(s) for years. I did call your office a couple of minutes AFTER Brad left our house to recommend that you give each of your customers a pair of those booties that your technicians wear over their shoes. That would allow your customers to walk on their carpets while they are drying to get something they need prior to their carpet drying completely.
How fast and easy the process was completed with very little effort.

Technician was entirely professional. My carpets look brighter and cleaner than any other carpet cleaning company has managed to get them. Would definitely use again. Even cleaned an area rug over wood floors. The underneath of the rug stayed dry, preventing me from having to move the rug to another location. Thanks Zerorez!
