Very thorough - do a good job.
People and their lap dogs in their cars disgust me. I just bought a used truck which was in beautiful shape (the dog hair had been removed)but the smell of dog was still there even after the dealership had promised that their chlorine bomb would neutralize any odor, well it did not so I called you and your guy did a great job. No more dog smell.
Brad was extremely friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with the end result! I really appreciate the knowledge Brad gave us in understanding the cleaning process and how each product worked to our benefit. Both him and his trainee did an amazing job!

The young man MJ was so knowledgable about everything and was a very pleasant man to have come out to my home for the carpet and couch cleaning. Told me everything he was doing which pleased me. We went over everything before getting started so he knew what I needed and wanted. I love the citrus smell from the products used. And the soft feel after the cleaning I really like. Thank you.

The cleaner used to clean my grout were nature based and not chemical.
We were pleased with the follow up from Keenen and Dave after I had called. We did not have a walk through with Robert nor did he cover the wall corners. Our water closet was a mess where papers had fallen off the wall and the print color came off on the floor. I had to hand clean it to get the dye off the floor. Robert was great, however I wasnt thrilled with the actual cleaning. Someone is coming out again to try a second time. I appreciate the customer support on this issue.
