I have used your service at least 5 different times over the years and it has always been nothing less than outstanding. I cannot say the same thing about this time. Because I have used your service so many times, I know the routine by now and unfortunately it was not followed by your rep. I did not get a call stating he was on the way, he did not put the booties on upon entering my home and then he said he wanted to do a test area on the grout to check how it would come clean. After completing the test area in my kitchen he said he didn't think my grout would come that clean and did I really want the service. He said if it was his tile, he would not have it done. When I origainllg called to schedule my apt I had scheduled to have all of the tile in my entire house done, since he said I would not be able to tell much of a difference I decided to only have the darker major walkways of my tile done. He completed the work and left and hours later as my tile and grout started to dry it became lighter and lighter. Now half of my home looks great but the other half you can distinctly see where the tile was cleaned and where it wasn't. If he would have told me that, I would have had the entire house done as scheduled. My husband came home a few hoes later and was also extremely dissatisfied. He though the amount of tile cleaned for the price was not enough and he also had a major issue with the now obvious difference in the tile/grout colors. Overall I was just disappointed in the experience given how great all my past experiences have been with you all.

Great service and products. Our carpet looks brand new!!! The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, well mannered, and proficient in completing the job in a timely manner. I love ZeroRez!

What happened to the Zerorez I used to know? The "pet treatment" that was sprayed all over my carpet has left a gooy residue and the pile does not stand up like it should after a vacuum. I am extremely disappointed and sick about ruining my expensive carpets.

There are still stains on the carpet in the room that was cleaned. Once everything dried, they were immediately visible again. After paying so much money, I expected the carpets to actually be clean.
