The gentleman who came out to clean the carpets called to make an earlier appointment, instead of me having to sit around for hours. The rugs came out great! He was able to get out almost all of the stains, and the one that was left, if you didn't know about it, you wouldn't be able to find it .

Ivan came on time, was friendly & professional, wore shoe protectors to show respect for my home and did a great job, he worked very hard scrubbing the carpets to make them look new again. He also touched up some upholstery, which made a huge difference. I knew the price upfront and there were no surprises, except for a good one - that the rugs & chairs came out even better than I expected. He was meticulous, but got it done pretty fast. I'd definitely use zerorez again!

Spent more time trying to get me to purchase extra options than it took to clean the carpets. Was not expecting the used car tag team sales approach. The carpets are cleaner than before. That's what I wanted. I have had much better carpet cleaning that at least raised the nap of the carpet. I was lied to about dry time and had to cancel movers so they didn't deliver on top of wet carpets. The fans promised to dry overnight were not left. Bad experience.
You were on time, courteous and you completed the job promptly and you did a great job. I plan to use you again.
