Everything went great!! Technician Corey Leader called ahead,presented himself in a professional manner and did an outstanding job!! I felt so comfortable with him that I took my dog for a walk while he was working. And that means a lot as far as trusting a total stranger in your home. Would recommend and use Corey and Zerorez again

job always completed on time, great cleaning, friendly service rep. would have been a 10 but the van used had oil leak and put several spots of oil on driveway.. I cleaned but rep should advise it his van is causing issues getting onto property without causing issues with oil on driveway.

All aspects of the service were superb..........from administrative to actual cleaning results. The young fellow who did the actual cleaning could not have been more of a professional. He was an excellent representative for your company. The cleaning itself was excellent and I am totally satisfied.

I like it that you do not use detergents on my carpets. I always get very good service.
Friendly service tech
I feel more time should have been spent on cleaning the grout. The grout still looks dirty and the guy only used the grout brush for a few of the lines. Also the rags used were dirty looking and they may not be, but the perception is dirty. Lastly the corners of the tile and the tile near my cabinets were not cleaned , I assume because it was harder to see. For the price I will do it myself next time.

Your technician was fantastic. He took the time to explain the process, the unique way your process works, set expectations and ensure I was informed about the process. The results were great. If I had any constructive feedback it would be regarding the cost, specifically for the sectional. In my line of work we use carpet cleaners almost daily and I have not experienced costs that are comparable. Not everyone would agree on the value. I am overall satisfied with the transaction and the results of the work performed.
