the carpet cleaning was great! The Linoleum part did not come out so great for the 2nd time

I liked that it didn't leave a soapy residue to attract more dirt. It really looked clean in all the spots I had, but there is one dark spot that came back. I know it was a big spot and that it was deep in the carpet. Just saying, it came back.
Your tech was very very polite and business like and really knew his product. Good sales personality.

This is my 3rd time using Zerorez. I keep coming back for a reason....I am a very satisfied customer! Zerorez's products and services are just outstanding. I love the clean, citrus smell after my carpet has been cleaned. It's exactly like the radio commercials when they say "It leaves no sticky, crunchy residue and the carpet looks great"! Their customer service is excellent as well. Office staff and cleaning technicians are always helpful and pleasant. If you are thinking about having your carpet cleaned you honestly need to try Zerorez. I promise you....once you try this company you'll use them for life. : )

Cleans better than any other steam cleaning company I have used. Plus it does not leave any cleaning product residue except the water and carpet dries more quickly.
