The carpets did not look as good when finished as in the past. Towards the end of cleaning the carpets I happened to watch the guy and I didn't feel he suctioned up as much as I would have expected. The guy also stated that there was "wear and tear" on the carpets. This is a business and we have commercial grade carpet. When he initially arrived he and I walked through the office and I pointed out almost all of the high traffic areas and the markings on the carpet as a result. I acknowledged that he may not be able to remove them but essentially wished him success at trying. We don't have "wear and tear" on our carpets. We do have some staining from high traffic areas. So, to sum it up, if it would have been my home I would have been offended from his comment since I feel he exaggerated the problem as well as didn't suction the carpets as well as expected.

great results without crunchy residue that attracts dirt
I felt that my quote over the phone was not accurate as my quote when the technician arrive was $360 instead of the $110 that had been quoted over the phone. We felt that the technician tried to "up sell" us on products we didn't need, especially when we have inexpensive carpet to begin with. Service was fast and the carpets did turn out well. Our total was $90 more than was quoted on the phone, after we declined all the extras.

the fact that no harmful chemicals are used. Plus did'nt have to worry about soap ressidue.

I like that there is no soap used on my floors. The house smells clean and fresh when your technician finishes. The technician was courteous and polite. Will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

The technician arrived promptly, was very polite and did an outstanding job on carpet and upholstery which our two dogs had "customized"! The young lady in the office was very professional and accommodating. Zerorez deserves its excellent reputation!
