I had to point out to Robert that there were spots in corners of the tile that were not clean. He said the machine would not reach the corners so he would have to do it by hand. I came home to find several other spots missed. I called the office at 4:20 PM, your recording said you closed at 5:00. I never received a return call back. I gave you three homes next door to each other. They ruined my Daughter-N-Laws hard wood floor and My Daughter's carpet. There is suppose to be a manager in the area Monday. I would like to show him my $1300.00 cleaning job I received. My Son's house was $700.00 and I am not sure how much my Daughter paid you guys but we are very unhappy with the results. The Tech was great and that is where it begins. Products are about the same but a nice and concerned Tech along with a good outcome is great.

Very easy to work with. Scheduling was a breeze and the carpet cleaner was professional and polite. He arrived on time, was very thorough in explaining what he would do and offered a couple of up-charge services that I accepted and was pleased with the results. I am happy with my carpets and will definitely use Zerorez again as well as recommend to my friends and family.
