Traffic pattern still visible on bedroom carpet after 2 cleanings. Also still rough spots. Robbie blamed wear, but I think it is possible to get it cleaner.

Technician was on time, explained the process and worked efficiently.
Professional courteous staff, performs work in timely manor,was able to get stains out, called day prior to confirm appointment and when he was on his way to my home.
Only thing is if I had know the truck would have burnt my grass I would not have let zack park in the kaen😝

The carpets look almost exactly as they did before zerorez came to clean them. Extremely disappointed in how they turned out. The technician tried to convince me that my carpet were worn and the fibers were "greyed". After he left, I pulled out my Bissel Big Green machine and cleaned one spot that he said was too worn. I was able to clean it like new and the water was black. How am I able to do a better job than a professional with professional equipment? I feel like I wasted $210. How can you make things right? One of two ways: Offer me a full refund, or send someone back to redo the carpets, but get them clean. I would be happy to demonstrate to the technician how I am able to clean them better with my Big Green machine so they can see that I am not lying. I don't see how I am the only person with this problem. My house is very clean and my carpets are in good condition and are a normal neutral color. There are normal high-wear spots from foot traffic.
My carpet looks and feels brand new. I'm very pleased. My service technician, Mitchell Taylor, is an asset to your company.

Corners were not cleaned...and the whole cleaning was completed in less than 30 minutes which they told it will take between 2-3hrs atleast its not even near ..for 3 rooms and 15 stairs..stair corners were not even touched..3-4 spots were cleared and some were not removed since they were hard stains which is slightly acceptable...overall looked more like a decent clean apart from the above..i might not recommend to others kater..thanks
I cannot express how pleased I am with my overall experience with Zerorez. I live in an apartment and had my carpets, couch and loveseat cleaned. The tech deservers a score of 15.
He was business friendly, courteous and very meticulous 100% of the time. My furniture looks like new and the carpeting is cleaner than when I moved in!
