The tech who came to the house was very cordial and polite. He arrived about 11am and explained what he was going to do. He moved furniture that needed moving which I appreciated very much. I did hear about your company on 104.5 I really expected a little bit better outcome with my grout and carpet. I actually sat on the couch in the living room and on the kitchen counter in the kitchen to observe. We have people where I work come do the grout and a brush is used after the solution is put down...then the machine...He did not use a brush...he let the solution soak. So he mentioned I had some discoloration and it probably would not come up.He also said I needed to wait at least 24 hours for it to dry. So I actually did not get over there until yesterday. The grout is clean in some areas and not so clean in other areas. So I proceeded to get a brush and some soft scrub and tested a few areas and it did come up.the carpet feels a little crunchy like it wasn't rinsed well...and he explained that the marks that would not come up are from dust that came from the air vents...
So I'm not a happy camper. Not so much with the carpet but with the tile.I was just going to fix this myself but I really do not have the time and I did pay good money ... so it says we are guaranteed satisfaction...

The Technician was wonderful. Very professional and worked hard. Unfortunately, after he left, I had huge dark spots pop up on my carpet. I'm not happy with the finished work.

The cleaning methods are extremely effective and the customer service is second to none! The technicians that performed the cleaning were very professional and went above and beyond. They even helped me prep my outdoor cushions prior to cleaning them. It was very generous of them to do, I highly recommend zerorez!
