I really like the gentle, but powerful nature of the product and process used on my carpets. It leaves the carpet soft, not crunchy. It also dried very fast considering our very humid climate.

Great job! Courteous, prompt, and the cleaning was great.
The carpet was only a few months old. We decided to go ahead and have it cleaned because we are having a baby. I don't feel that the carpet not tile came out as expected. It looks cleaner, but not as if it were just cleaned.
