They are on time and get my carpet clean.
The before and after difference was amazing. After the floor completely dried, however, a couple of the spots came back. (Some phenomenon referred to as wicking). I called them and they set a new appointment free of charge to come back out and redo those floors. Awesome customer service.
Great job and my house didn't smell of toxins after. It dries quickly too.

Your representative, Christian, ran late to our appointment and someone from your office called to inform us. That saved me from sitting at home wasting time I didn't have. When Christian arrived he apologized for his lateness (he was well within the window of time we had been offered) and proceeded to do a fast, excellent job of cleaning our carpet. We have a large, boisterous, happy family and Christian laughed and joked along with us while maintaining his professionalism and dignity. He is a credit to your company. I am thrilled with the service from Zerorez and we have already posted pictures and commentary about it on Facebook. Mitchell was a very nice young man, only trouble we had 4 kitchen chairs cleaned, the outer edge of three of the chairs are still dirty, I'm afraid the chairs being wet when he left hid the dirt, I would appreciate him returning and redoing these chairs.
