We use zerorez exclusively. They have always done a great job and everyone that works there is friendly and helpful.

Keenan and Eric came out to clean our carpets after one of our pets had a housebreaking accident and tracked it all over the house, including down the stairs. It was quite a job, but you'd never even know if happened, now! They were knowledgeable and professional as they worked and I'd have them back in a heartbeat. Thanks, Zerorez!!
The young man that came to clean, was sooooo nice. He cleaned my rug with care. I will request him again if possible. I have only used your service three times before, and I have been pleased. My son in Atl (Charles and Colleen Wilhelm). recommended your rug comp. I will say this last time I was more pleased than the time before this cleaning, the men left my rug pretty wet then. Corey was able to get much more water out and my rug, and they were almost dry all the way in just a few hrs/ You will hear from me again shortly. With a request for Corey Leader to do my cleaning.
The real measure of an outstanding company is how they address and resolve customer complaints....I had a small issue with my carpets and got an immediate response from the owner. The issue actually resolved it self, by I was very pleased with the response. I would, and have, recommended Zerorez to friends and family.

I don't want to get the guy in trouble, but it seemed he was in a big hurry. I see a couple of spots he either missed or could have gotten better. He drug the hose across the base of our antique grandfather clock. Could have been an accident, although he should use more care. The house smells like orange sooo bad, I may have to have you come back to try to get the smell out.
Robert did a great job not only cleaning the carpets and furniture, but educating me on how to care for the carpeting. Very professional and on time.

Your technician was very professional in both his work AND his appearance. It is very noticeable when someone you do not know comes to your home and properly introduces himself. His uniform was clean and demonstrates a professional demeanor. Great job on recognizing the importance of these values.

I liked that the serviceman called me about 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was coming, he was polite, wore shoe covers when entering my home, and he cleaned the carpet very well.
Your employees in the office and who come to your house to clean and great and professional. You guys have always done a great job cleaning both my carpet and tile floors. I would never think about using anyone else. Love you guys.
The customer service is great!! They give you a great price, schedule a time that is convenient for you, call ahead when they are on their way, have courteous and friendly employees and the finished product looks great!!
Un familiar with products used, but got a briefing from Zak on the product being used, and what the benefits were with chemical being used.
Zak was VERY careful and did a thorough job in his cleaning process. The carpets look really great today now that they are totally dry.
Will definitely use your company again if and when we decide to clean again!
