The tech was excellent, and made suggestions that were very helpful. He helped us with light furniture, and took care of some bad stains. There was no odor after drying and the carpets looked much better.
You always do a great job removing all the stains on my carpet. I was not home, but, my husband was and he said the two guys were very polite and got the job done in record time.
