First of all the technician was wonderful...He explained everything. I have always used Stanley steamer..But they would be in and out in 20 minutes, and carpets took along time to dry. Yesterday it took no time for my carpet to dry and it was very clean looking.
Service is second to none! Communication was excellent, even called to let me know they were running a little early. Guys very polite and got straight on with the job, after confirming exactly what I required. Super impressed with the job done, carpets not soaking wet and stains all gone. Would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.
Rob did a wonderful job on my carpets. They hadn't been cleaned for some time and were really in need. He was very nice and very professional.

There are many things I like about the services! The technician Dell was so professional and had such attention to detail. I like that the product leaves no residue. I couldn't believe how great the carpet looked.

Carpet is Exceptionally clean
The product does a fine job cleaning the carpets but more than that the person that did the work is what will keep me as a customer.
I thought your service rep Mitch was very polite ad very informative about the products used, walked me through what he was going to do and what I was suppose to do after he was down cleaning. I was pleased with the drying time and the appearance of my rugs when he was finished.
It seemed to clean my carpet with little effort.

The cleaner they used is from oranges and not residue is left over and the price wasn't that bad
Carpets, rugs and sofas look great and feel clean. Technician Brad did a great job and was very personable - he even stopped to fill up my dogs empty water bowl.
Offer and explain additional services available, not necessarily on that visit that would increase of charges. We have stains on our dining room chairs and kitchen floor tile and grout that could be cleaned but nothing was ever offered or presented. Carpet deodorizer option would have been nice too.
there was a problem with cleaning my furniture.. while i appreciated the call from the owner who said he would follow up.. i am still waiting.. thanks
