My carpets are quite old so I had little expectation of visible improvement, I was more focused on cleanliness. I was thrilled to see my ancient Berber carpet transform, becoming noticably lighter and brighter before my eyes!

Our service tech was wonderful! He explained each and every step of the way to us since we had a brand new carpet with a couple of water stains. We loved the way he neutralized the stains and left things lookin fabulous!

No heavy chemical base.

Grout in shower was not cleaned as requested. It was horrendously expensive for less than 90 minutes work. I mean holy cow expensive. Appointment rescheduled twice. Too much communication between making appointment on Tuesday and actual (rescheduled twice) appointment on Friday. Multiple phone calls and emails.

Your technician Corey was very professional and courteous. He walked me through the process and gave me a total price before he started. He explained the additional services available and did a great job cleaning the upholstery of a chair. He said he could clean my blinds for $5.00 apiece and if that still stands I might take him up on it. The carpets came cleaner than I dared hope!! I am very pleased! Thank you!!

Zerorez sent out a tech that was friendly and highly trained. He arrived on the first few minutes of a four hour window. Did a great job and I was very pleased with the job. I will use them again.

Technician was courteous, pleasant and presented a neat appearance. He seemed to have provided a
thorough cleaning of all the available carpet. The only problem was that the carpet was not totally
dry until 24 hours after he finished - this may have been partially my problem as I may not have
turned the air conditioning to a low enough temperature. Overall, I am very satisfied with the
service.
