Good morning. Thank you so much for sending me the survey for Zerorez. What a GREAT JOB!! Corey Leader did on our carpet and kitchen tile. He was at our home on Friday, March 24th and what a wonderful job he did and very customer service friendly. Please recognize Corey Leader and let him know we are very, very pleased with all that he did. He was so nice and I love coming home from work and seeing my clean carpet and the tile. My husband was home with Corey and he said that Corey put a lot of hard work in doing a good job for us and it smells soooo much better. The Technician was on time. He was very knowledgeable and hard working. He took extra effort to keep our spaces clean while he was working.

Each time I've had the company out they've been on time and courteous. The pricing has been good as well along with the job they do.
The claim and goal of Zerorez to leave zero residue is key. We have used other companies in the past to clean our carpets, however once we began using Zerorez, we have never called anyone else! Your technicians are polite, informative, considerate of our home and they do a great job.

Rugs are clean with no residue or chemical smell. Technician was prompt, polite, and did an excellent job. We got a wool area rug cleaned this time and it turned out so soft and beautiful.
The products utilized to clean the carpets worked as Eric Ryan said they would. Very impressed with the job he did.

The floor definitely feels much cleaner. However, one of the back rooms started to develop a moldy smell and after more than one week feels slighty damp in certain spots. We are trying to air it out with a portable fan since that room does not have a ceiling fan and it seems to help. Perhaps the carpet got damper than it should why being cleaned.
Overall, we are happy with the job.

Your customer service, the first contact is very important. I called desperately since the renters ruined the carpets, your CSR immediately provided the next day appointment. 2nd - the service Christian de Jesus provided, he recommended some of your products that I was not aware you provided. OUTSTANDING representative!!!! I would like to take this opportunity to commend Zerorez for having an outstanding representative. Christian was very helpful, supportive and has an amazing positive attitude. This is the 3rd time I have the pleasure in obtaining your services, all representative that provided the services were great but Christian has been the BEST!! He was not in a rush, he took his time to inform me of other services your company offers. In fact, I will be calling next week for grout service, I pray that I will be Bless in having Christian providing my services.
Once again, congratulations for having an excellent employee. Employee's like Christian makes the manager and company shine.
