Who knew what beautiful tile was under the crud?
Unfortunately, the majority of the time I make a recommendation the experience is not as stellar so I am fine giving a recommendation with the warning that it may not be the same even though I have had a great experience, other than the lack of followup to pick up items left behind after multiple reminders.
I had 2 friends that had used Zerorez and were completely satisfied. I saw your add on facebook and sent a note that evening..I called Zerorez the next morning and they were able to fit me in the same day. Dell the service technician was so professional and did an outstanding job...my carpet looks brand new! I will definitely use them again!

I like that Zerorez contacts us to keep us informed of when they will be there. When I contact Zerorez for an appointment, I can usually get it done very soon.
