I felt it all happened too fast and I was unable to see dirty water. the man was nice but got my tiled floor pretty wet which I had to mop up to avoid slipping which I did right in front of him. all in all it was overpriced and rushed

Above my expectations for professionalism and quality of product results. I had many stains on an area rug and stains on two upholstered chairs. When the technician was finished the stains were gone.
