Friendly tech who came to do the work.
Zerorez expends considerable time and effort to clean your carpets. The price is a bit higher than you might pay with other companies but very often you get what you pay for. I would rather pay a little more to have the job done right.

The method for cleaning carpet/upholstery does not leave everthing wet. Dries fast!

The rep was on time, very courteous, friendly and polite. He was protective shoe booties, and was very thorough in his cleaning.....he even removed a stubborn stain for us! The entire cleaning process was minimal invasion on my part. Overall, EXCELLENT job!!
Service and no residue can't get no better
Robert was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After touring our house, he recommended we also consider cleaning our tile floors. He explained it would save us money to do it now and said he could work within my time schedule. He finished the job on time and left the looking even better than when he arrived.
